OUR STORY — WE SAW THE PROBLEM
Organizations had information. But it was not connected.
Over many years of parallel academic work and professional management consulting, we repeatedly saw the same problem across sectors and organizations: there was plenty of information and data, but it rarely worked together to support better decisions.
The information existed, but it was fragmented.
Corporate knowledge was scattered across departments, employees, spreadsheets, processes, reports and different systems. The same data was collected repeatedly for different projects without becoming a shared organizational memory.
A few opinions were expected to represent the whole organization.
Many assessments relied on senior management or a limited group of participants, while real practices lived within departments, process owners and the people doing the work every day.
Sustainability and analysis became periodic projects.
Data was recollected during reporting periods and converted into tables and reports, but the results often failed to become part of continuous decision-making, benchmarking and improvement management.
iatro was created to solve this problem.
Our goal is to bring data generated across the organization into a shared structure, direct the right questions to the right people, preserve source and context, score and compare results, and turn them into insights, recommendations, strategic roadmaps and action plans.
